Hello! I am Bee Glasson, a yoga teacher in Truro offering group and private yoga classes in both Truro and Falmouth. I have been teaching yoga for 3 years and teach Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga and Restorative Yoga.


Yoga is for EVERYONE, it opens the eyes and opens the soul. You don't need to be

flexible or sporty to enjoy the endless benefits of practicing yoga.

  • Cultivate mindfulness and presence

Class Times:

Beginners Yoga : Monday 6.15pm - 7.15pm

All Saints Church, Tresawls Rd, Truro TR1 3LD 

- with free car park during class - 

£8.00 per class (drop in)



Summer Class Pass

(12 week pass Monday 16th May - Monday 1st August) 

£60.00 (£5 per practice)

Please bring a yoga mat, blocks if you have one

Private Yoga sessions : I offer classes that are 1 -1 or private small group classes. These can be one offs, regular or anything in between. To give you an idea check out my class descriptions page!

MacMillan Charity Yoga sessions

My very good friend is undergoing treatment for breast cancer and I have willingly got myself roped into a half marathon hike along the North Cornish Coast in September. I have a target of £250 to reach as part of my team's overall fundraising target. I wanted to offer something in return for donations and yoga classes seemed perfect. I have two in the pipeline and will likely do more in August and September.


Monday 2nd May - YIN YOGA

6.15 - 7.30pm, All Saints Church, Highertown, Truro.


Yin Yoga is a stillness practice that focuses on fascia, ligaments, tendons and joints. It is a great practice for all body types and is a good introduction to a meditative practice. Bring warm clothes and an extra blanket if you can. 


Monday 9th May - RESTORATIVE YOGA 

6.15 - 7.30pm, All Saints Church, Highertown, Truro.


Restorative Yoga is a practice that embraces the art of relaxation. True relaxation to find space in the body and stillness in the mind. We hold poses for a long period of time to fully relax into each shape. Bring at least two pillows, a warm blanket and warm clothes.
